Founded in 2019, CTLDomGroup, Inc., a nonprofit Resource Hub is a pillar of support assisting our nation's heroes - Active Duty service members, Reservist, National Guard and Veterans transition into the community. We are striving to keep our families together
Mission Statement
We are a veteran resource hub providing total well-being using (3) pillars of personal wellness (fitness, mental health, and nutrition) from the components of Proactive Health and Wellbeing known as the “Circle of Health” process.
We offer resources from our Veteran Service Organizations(VSOs) to include case advocacy, to assist with claims.
We travel throughout the metropolitan area to hold space for mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and town halls to meet our veterans in their communities, while bringing members of the community out to greet them with a warm welcome.

Vision Statement
We do this to enrich our heroes’ daily living activities such as self-care, professional care, and access to resources within the community. We want them to stay healthy, motivated, and most of all self-sufficient.
The (3) Pillars of Personal Wellness (fitness, mental health, and nutrition) consist of the following:
We also understand that transportation is a key part of getting to these resources, and we are working to offer shuttle services for veterans and their caregivers to and from their scheduled appointments.
For the last year, we have been making an impact on food disparities by partnering with our local food pantries and holding space for therapeutic horticulture with our local partners.
The (3) Pillars of Personal Wellness (fitness, mental health, and nutrition) consist of the following:
- Fitness – we provide space for meditation, mindfulness, movement, resilience, and yoga for trauma impact classes using props for adaptive options for everyone to participate in our virtual and small group in person classes.
- Mental Health – we host workshops and seminars on various topics ranging from family dynamics, financial literacy, PTS(D) and suicide ideation.
- Nutrition – this pillar includes Health Coaches, Nutritionists, and Case Advocates (VSOs and Chaplains). Health Coaches provide one on one coaching by appointment only. Case advocates and Nutritionists help clients during their transition by providing resources specific to their needs.
